Ya know, I've been thinking the past few days about posting. I start to write about my life and how amazing it has been the past few months. New job this year, the tumultuous times of dating in my 30s, a fucking excellent living situation, my family is doing great this year, and I've made some new amazing friends in the past few months.
Every time I start to write it just peters out. I'd much rather be living my life than posting to LJ about it. My blog has been a ghost town for months. I'm working on a novel still, and it's coming slowly but surely. But fiction is fun to write unlike my personal life.
I guess the point is that I am happy. I know how you feel, this is a bizarre situation for me too.
Still single. Dating casually, but nothing super serious going on. And in all honesty it's rather refreshing to spend time with people and not feel this burning desire to be serious about it. I forgot that dating is supposed to be fun. Hell, I forgot life is supposed to be fun honestly.
I'll be at ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) eclypsia's birthday party on Friday, if you're invited and going you'll see me there.

Does anyone have a big biker jacket I can borrow for Halloween? Or a thigh length leather jacket?
Also I need to find/borrow a pair of Welding goggles or WWII goggles.

Also, I wish Deb still lived here. I have to do arts and crafts for my Halloween costume. She'd be smarter at it than me. |
